Creating conditions that are in favour of movement within a city environment, and bearing in mind the social and health disparities, constitutes an important strategy to fight the sedentary lifestyle. The APP Treviso Active is a project to make people aware of the global recommendations on physical activity for a better health published by the World Health Organization; a way to subvert the traditional sports values of rivalry, performance and exclusion. It is instead targeted to promote physical exercise and its regularity, a better health, the social inclusion and male and female equality. Through the APP Treviso Active you can learn how to do physical exercise in order to maintain your health, you can take the pace test for a most profitable result and monitor how much you have achieved with the blisters by using movement pills. THE APP. MIMUOVOatreviso (MuoviTREVISO) The APP. MIMUOVOatreviso is a 8,6 km long path in the Historic Centre of Treviso aimed to turn it into an outdoor gym under the sky for everyone, at all times during the day and all year round. MIMUOVOatreviso is like a personal pocket sports facility, but it is also a new way to visit cities and get to know them, to follow a several km itinerary easily without having to study it. Slow physical exercise can be combined to the discovery of works of art, panoramas, historical less known sights the inhabitants know more about. MIMUOVOatreviso is a navigator you can use to visit the Historic City keeping the right speed for a better health. MIMUOVOatreviso contains pictures and descriptions (audio too)of all the buildings of some cultural, historic and artistic interest along the path. MIMUOVOatreviso is a different application from those in the Network (Endomondo, Runtastik, Runkeeper ) as it does not make a summary of the physical exercise done, but it tells you where and how to do the physical exercise first in order for it to be most profitable for your health, and then it checks its execution. MIMUOVOatreviso is a regularity oriented game for active tourists and for residents who want to keep fit with urban trekking, a quick walk or a slow running at the right speed. You can begin with the starting card or anywhere you like on the path.
